SHIPPING POLICY

Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within 2-5 business days after payment confirmation. Please note:

  • Supplement orders (protein powders, pre-workout, BCAA, creatine) are fulfilled by our partner facility and may require 2-3 business days for processing
  • Apparel and merchandise items are custom-produced and may require 3-5 business days for processing
  • Orders containing both supplements and merchandise may ship separately

Shipping Locations

We currently ship to addresses within the United States only. We do not ship internationally at this time.

Shipping Methods & Timeframes

  • Standard Shipping: 5-7 business days after processing
  • Expedited Shipping: 2-3 business days after processing (where available)

Total delivery time = processing time + shipping time. For example, standard shipping may take 7-12 business days total from order placement.

Shipping Costs

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and order weight. Free shipping may be available on orders over a certain amount (displayed at checkout).

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email with tracking information. You can track your package through the carrier's website.

Multiple Item Orders

If your order contains multiple products, they may ship from different fulfillment centers and arrive separately. You'll receive tracking information for each shipment.

Shipping Address

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate. We cannot be responsible for orders shipped to incorrect addresses provided at checkout. Address changes must be requested within 24 hours of placing your order.

Delivery Issues

If your package shows as delivered but you haven't received it:

  • Check with neighbors or building management
  • Verify the delivery address in your confirmation email

Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or goes missing in transit, please contact us at [your email] with your order number and photos (if damaged). We'll work with our shipping partners to resolve the issue.
