Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery for unopened products in their original packaging.
Eligible Returns
- Unopened products in original, sealed packaging
- Products that arrive damaged or defective
- Incorrect items shipped in error
Non-Returnable Items
For health and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of:
- Opened or used supplements
- Products with broken seals or tampered packaging
- Clearance or final sale items (marked as such at time of purchase)
Return Process

- Provide your order number and reason for return
- We'll send you return instructions and a return authorization
- Ship the item back to: Provided upon return approval
Return Shipping
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is defective or we shipped the wrong item

- Return shipping is non-refundable
Refunds
