The Forge

The Forge is a place of refinement.

“As iron sharpeneth iron; so a man sharpeneth the countenance of his friend.”
Proverbs 27:17 (KJV)

Here, the body is trained in reverence,
the will is disciplined in obedience,
and strength is pursued not for vanity, but for stewardship.

“Know ye not that your body is the temple of the Holy Ghost… therefore glorify God in your body.”
1 Corinthians 6:19–20 (KJV)

The Order of the Forge

The Forge follows a weekly order — established, disciplined, and intentional.

“Let all things be done decently and in order.”
1 Corinthians 14:40 (KJV)

  • Works of Strength delivers structured training each week
  • Daily Bread provides weekly nourishment guidance
  • All instruction is written to cultivate faithfulness, restraint, and endurance

Return to the work.
Remain steadfast.
Submit to the process.

“Stewardship is required of a man, that he be found faithful.”
1 Corinthians 4:2 (KJV)

Works of Strength

Training is labor.
Labor requires discipline.

“Whatsoever thy hand findeth to do, do it with thy might.”
Ecclesiastes 9:10 (KJV)

Each program is designed to strengthen the body and train the will — emphasizing consistency, humility under load, and patient progress.

“Let us run with patience the race that is set before us.”
Hebrews 12:1 (KJV)

Daily Bread

Fuel is provision, not indulgence.

“Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God.”
Matthew 4:4 (KJV)

Each plan is written to nourish the body for the work ahead, honoring simplicity, sufficiency, and gratitude.

“Give us this day our daily bread.”
Matthew 6:11 (KJV)
